Sessions
Each session (approximately 50 minutes) will begin with a brief introduction of the author(s) and the panel members.
Candidates will then have 20–25 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 25-minute panel discussion and 5–10 minutes for open questions.
Presentations must be prepared in PDF or PPTX format and submitted to the assistant prior to the session. Presenters are required to use the room computer for their presentations.
Coffee / tea breaks
All coffee and tea breaks will be served at the room adjacent to the Auditorium (Room 131).
Food intolerances and allergies
Please note that it is not possible to guarantee that all ingredients used in the preparation of national or traditional Alentejo cookies and sweets are free from potential allergens. Many of these recipes are handmade, following traditional methods that may vary from one producer to another.
As a result, the products may contain — or may have come into contact with — ingredients such as gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, or traces of other allergens. Those with food intolerances or allergies are advised to exercise caution.
