Bio
Mieke Vink
Mieke Vink (MSc) is an architect, lecturer and PhD candidate at the Architecture Department of TU Delft. In her work she explores how environmental sensitivity in architectural thinking emerges through making. With a strong interest in the affective potential of architecture, her work grounds in material discursive theories. She has been teaching in the Form Studies Group since 2018 and develops design studios, in which physical models are the primary tools to investigate, ideate and develop architectural projects. In February, Mieke started her PhD project in the Situated Architecture Group to academically ground and further develop these interests.
