Bio
Andrea Čeko
Andrea Čeko is an architect, teaching and research assistant, and a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb. Apart from and prior to architectural studies, she earned BA degrees in Archaeology and Art History at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. Andrea is a co-author of award-winning architecture and urban design competition projects in Croatia and the Netherlands, and is engaged in critical research and spatial practices. Her current research focuses on architecture and territory in the Mediterranean and (post)socialist contexts, particularly social (re)production of architecture and education. She lives and works in Zagreb.
